Each RotoLink member's independently rotated assigned button bar, located just below the banner display area, is also linked to a banner surf panel. When a visitor clicks on the button bar, a banner surf panel will open in the same window where a member's website appears. When a visitor clicks on a selected banner or clicks indirectly by means of a selection button, the associated website will appear in a window above the surf panel, replacing the previous website displayed there.
